Julie and Noelle are shopping for dresses for the prom. Unfortunately they both like the same dress. Julie spots it first, but Noelle tries to discourage her because it’s the dress she wants. Once Noelle wants what she wants, she will do anything to get it. She talks to the store owner and talks him into helping her. Julie gets tricked into the stocks so Noelle can “convince- her to give her the dress. Once Julie is secured in the stocks, Noelle begins to try to tickle some sense into Julie so she can get the dress. Adorable Julie has super sensitive feet and wants the tickling to stop, but she also really wants this dress. She calls for the manager to help her….but even he can’t resist those sweet feet and has to tickle them himself. He leaves the two girls to “work it out- and Noelle is a merciless tickler who wants what she wants……….who will win this ticklish battle??
