Sweet little Julie and Noelle are flat on their backs with their feet tied up with ropes, their bare feet held high so that the tickler can have his way with them. One at a time, and together, they must undergo an amazing barefoot attack on their soles, arches, and toes. He teases them so that they don’t know who is going to get tickled next. They are completely at his mercy and there is no escape. After he uses his fingers, he scrubs their bare feet with a brush, driving them wild.
