The most devious and devilish of all tortures, the only one that doesn't involve pain of any kind and yet it can turn these invincible super heroines into begging, laughing, desperate, pleading little girls. When the evil Black Cat overhears her arch nemesis Wonder Femme on the phone with the Bat, she knows this is her chance to find out directions to the Bat's ultra secret hideout! Black Cat overpowers Wonder Femme and cuffs her to the X cross. When Wonder Femme awakes, she is confronted by Black Cat wanting to know where the Bat's secret hideout is. Wonder Femme states that she won't talk, that she isn't afraid and that she is trained to resist any kind of torture. Black Cat giggles, "But you have a weakness - you are insanely ticklish!" Black Cat proceeds to tickle Wonder Femme's bare, helpless feet with stiff feathers and tells her that she better confess or else this will get much MUCH worse! Our Heroine hangs tough and refuses to tell Black Cat anything, even though she is hysterically laughing from the foot tickling. Black Cat tickles Wonder Femme's armpits and ribs with her claws making the ticklish super heroine crazy with ticklish agony and then returns to her feet. At this point, Wonder Femme is screaming with laughter. Being hopelessly ticklish is her one weakness and she just can't take another second of tickling! She gives in tells Black Cat where the Bat's hideout is.

While Black Cat is checking out the information on the Bat's hideout, Wonder Femme escapes her bonds and lassos Black Cat with her magic gold rope. Black Cat is placed into the stocks with the magic gold rope tied around her legs where she announces that she isn't the least bit ticklish! Wonder Femme says, "Well I guess you don't know about my magic gold rope! It makes people tell the truth and it also makes them horribly ticklish!" With that, Wonder Femme removes Black Cat's spike heel shoes and tickles her high arched bare feet with her long fingernails. Black Cat can't stand the feeling of being tickled and immediately begins apologizing but Wonder Femme isn't buying it. She tickles her feet, then her armpits and especially Black Cat's belly which makes her nuts. Black Cat screams, laughs and struggles - she has never felt anything like this! Just when she can't take a second more tickling, the Jokester enters the room and captures both heroines!

The Jokester puts both Heroines side by side in tandem stocks where he proceeds to tickle their feet with feathers. Over the super heroines roaring laughter he shouts - You two shouldn't be mad and fight, I am going to turn those frowns upside down! He tickles like crazy on their bare foot bottoms making them scream and beg for release. You know what I always say - laughter is the best medicine! COOCHIE COOCHIE COO!!!!

Is that a fantasy come true? Well, how about this: Also on this video is the incredible Lily. She is a little squaw Indian girl who is caught stealing chickens on a ranchers farm and is put into stocks and tickled until she admits to stealing his chickens. The Rancher plucks two eagle feathers from her headdress and begins to tickle the little Indian girl's armpits with them. Lily is HORRIBLY feather ticklish! She is laughing immediately as the Rancher tickles her armpits with eagle feathers. Then he removes her moccasins to expose her perfect, baby-soft feet and run feathers all over them, sending her into hysterics. His tickling finally gets the best of her and she confesses to the crime. As a punishment, Lily is taken back to the Rancher's house and rolled tightly into a blanket with only her barefeet and head sticking out. The Rancher coats her sensitive soles with gravy and lets his pet cats lick her hyper ticklish feet. Lily goes crazy but she is wrapped totally immobile in the carpet and all she can do is sob with uncontrollable laughter as the rough cat tongues torture her helpless bare feet!
