DOWNLOAD INFORMATION
Video Downloads are in ZIP which when unzipped are WMV format plays in Windows Media Player
You will have 7 days to download the files you purchase.

HOW TO DOWNLOAD YOUR CLIPS: To download, do so at checkout or login to your account by
visiting any section of our store and clicking the View Order/
Download Your Clips Button at the top left side of the store
pages, or directly to your left on this page or here
Download your clips/check order status here. You will get to a
page with a drop down list of your orders on it click to view one
of your clip orders, the page that displays will have links for
you to download your clips from.

HOW TO SAVE THE CLIP FILE TO YOUR COMPUTER: If you want to save the file into your computer,
click the DOWNLOAD ZIP file link, then click "Save", this
will open up the save as box for you to easily save the file.

THE FILES WON'T PLAY? If you do not have
the most recent version of
Windows Media Player, it is recommended you download it now.
Click here to visit Microsoft's Download center and select
your operating system to download the correct Player version for
your computer, then click download and select run. It will
automatically start the install for you and prompt you through the
setup process. Please email our
tech support
if you have any problems.
4. HOW DO I UNZIP THE FILE I DOWNLOADED?
There are several ways to do this, we will explain 2 ways and
provide suggestions to help you below:
1. Most Windows computers
come with an automatic windows feature. If you "right click" over
the zip file you've downloaded, you can then select open with
"compressed zipped folders". Now "left mouse click" and windows
will automatically display the WMV file for you to double click
and view. (no unzipping required using this method).
2. If you do not have the
above method available to you, you can download an unzip program
like WinZip:

or you may already have one
of those or another unzip program like stuffit installed. Once you
have an unzip program installed, you simply double click the zip
file you've download and the unzip program will ask you if you
want to extract the file and where. Remember where you extract it
to so you can then double click the WMV file to start viewing it.
